SAFETY FIRST
Your safety is our top priority. Every Indy Party Cart is a street-legal, purpose-built electric vehicle with professional drivers and full safety equipment.
Professional Drivers
All drivers are licensed, background-checked, and trained on Indianapolis streets and traffic laws.
Seat Belts
Every seat has a seat belt. We require all passengers to wear them at all times while the cart is in motion.
Four-Wheel Disc Brakes
Our carts are equipped with four-wheel disc brakes for reliable stopping power in all conditions.
Street-Legal Vehicle
Our carts are classified as Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) and comply with all Indiana state and Indianapolis city regulations.
Operational Area
We operate within designated Indianapolis streets and neighborhoods. Our drivers know the routes and follow all traffic laws.
POLICIES
Alcohol Policy
BYOB — bring your own beer or alcohol. No glass bottles allowed on the tour. Ice and water will be available. Open containers are permitted for passengers 21+ in compliance with Indianapolis open container ordinances. The driver does not consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated passengers.
Age Policy
All passengers must be 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. For private party bookings with alcohol, all passengers must be 21+.
Waiver Policy
All passengers are required to sign a liability waiver before boarding. Waivers can be completed digitally before your experience.
Rescheduling Policy
We do not offer cancellations. If you need to change your date or time, just call or text us and we'll get you moved to a new slot.
Weather Policy
We operate in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy rain, extreme temperatures), we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
